Returns & Exchanges

At WSI Sports, we take pride in our American-made performance gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached to maintain eligibility for a refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our Eagan, Minnesota facility, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
